  •   How can I enrol my compagny ?
      You just need to fill in the online VoyageurRewardsTM enrolment form.


    Don't forget to:
    • Mention the name of the company's VoyageurRewards? program administrator,
    • Give us your administrator's email address,
    • Fill in the "company profile". Knowing you better will help us to provide you with a better service,
    • Choose your tracking method so we can credit your company's VoyageurRewards? account (contract number, credit card number, or flight coupons).
    A VoyageurRewards? account will immediatly be opened at your company's name.

      What is a company profile ?
      When you enrol with VoyageurRewards?, Air France asks you for information on your employees' travel habits. This is what we call the "company profile". You can make changes at any time by filling in the online account update form.

      How are points credited to our VoyageurRewards? account ?
      Your account is automatically credited with the corresponding number of Points, depending on the chosen tracking method.

      How can we claim rewards ?
      Choose your reward after checking your current points balance.

    Fill in the VoyageurRewardsTM request, at least 10 days before the flight takes place.

      Who can use VoyageurRewards? tickets ?
      Any employee can be offered a reward ticket for a business travel. The Programme Administrator will designate the person who will benefit from the reward ticket.

      How long are our points valid ?
      Reward entitlement acquired during the term of the contract must be used within 6 months after contract expiry. Reward tickets are valid for 12 months after issuance.

      Can we change our program Administrator ?
      Yes. You simply need to fill in the the account update form

      Does membership of VoyageurRewards? imply giving up Flying Blue membership ?
      Absolutely not. Employees with their own Flying Blue membership will continue to earn Miles and enjoy all their
    Flying Blue benefits. On each Air France flight, they not only accrue Miles on their own Flying Blue account, but they also accumulate Points on the Company's VoyageurRewards? account.
